Artists that have pieces for sale on the walls of restaurants must think at some point the following will occur:
Waitress: Is there anything else I can get you tonight?
Customer: Why yes, as a matter of fact I simply must have that oil painting of a rooster, could you please wrap it up with my leftover beef tips?
Of course none of the art ever sells, but that means patrons get to go right on admiring all the lovely watercolors behind the salad bar.
